The present general sales conditions are added to the online selling process of the Nunest Go website , www.nunestgo.com, owned by Nunest Food, S.L.
The products we are offering at Nunest Go will all appear on the screen of the website with images that will accompany all the products. The price of all products will always be represented by the Euro / KG equivalent with the transport price included. The customer will indicate the desired quantity by increasing the number of Kilos to reach the desired quantity, taking into account that by categories of fresh pork, chicken, turkey products (national), fresh pork cold meats and fresh elaborated products the minimum quantity in order to process the order is 285 kilos, for the category of Iberian pork products and Iberian pork Cold meats is 180 kilos, for the category of frozen products and frozen Elaborated products in Germany is 750 kilos, and for Products of Polish origin is 750 KG. The prices indicated on the screen are in Euros, and for deliveries in Spain, VAT will be included in the invoice, and for deliveries outside Spain, VAT will not be included in the invoice.
All the pictures of the fresh products are illustrations made by Nunest Go. Nunest Go is constantly updating the website because you always find the right information up to date. Regarding the pictures of the frozen products and products from Poland, depending of the product, it could be pictures of the products established for the producers themselves.
For all the products you could have technical specifications, made by the production and quality team of Nunest Go that you could see all the context and technical details of the products that appear on our website.
Nunest Go is not the producer of the products that we are offering, but the company that makes a second quality selection, pack, and customize.
1.Price of the products
Nunest Go will always have the updated prices on the website of all the products. The prices of the products on the “Products” and “Product Sheet” tab are with the shipping cost included, but without the cost of the labels (in case you want a standard Nunest Food label or a customized label). The final price of the products with the determined selections (label) will be reflected in the basket and then in the «Checkout». Any questions related to product prices can be emailed to: firstname.lastname@example.org.
2.Availability of the products
Nunest Go will always do the best for having all the products available. We always work with reliable suppliers that we have gotten a strong commercial relation during the years that we have worked together inside the meat world. All the customers will be able to send an email to email@example.com, keep us informed through the contacting tab, or by telephone, in case that you are looking for a product that Nunest Go in this moment is not having available on the website.
The payment of the products by the customers will always be made by bank transfer. It will not be possible to make a payment through the website.
There will always be the option of paying in advance through bank transfer, or paying at 30 days after invoice is done in case that we are having credit given by our credit company.
If it is the first time that we are placing an order to Nunest Go, you must follow as following in case that you want to proceed that Nunest Go requests credit:
*Nunest Go will request to the credit company, COFACE, credit, according to the company details given during the process of making the order. This process if it is the first time that credit is requested, it could take up to 2 days in having an answer.
*In case the credit company, COFACE, is giving us credit, we will be in touch with you in order to inform you the quantity that they are given to us, and if everything is approved, we will be able to agree payment conditions of 30 days after the invoice is done.
*In case the credit company, COFACE, is not giving us credit, we will be in touch with you in order to inform you that if you want to proceed with the order, you will have to accept payment conditions in advance through bank transfer.
If it is not the first time that you place an order to Nunest Go the payment conditions will be already established, since the point that the first order was made.
Whenever you have to pay in advance through bank transfer, we will send you a proforma invoice through the email address gotten by you during the process of making the order, always priorly of starting to prepare the order, for being able to make the transfer. Once the transfer is approved, we will be able to start preparing the order and send it to you. The original invoice will be sent by email address once the order will be delivered to the final destination.
If the customers have a payment conditions of 30 days after invoice is done, once the order is placed by the customer, we will start preparing it, and send it, and finally we will send you the original invoice once the order is delivered to the final destination.
In the « Checkout », the customer will inform where the order has to be sent (delivery address, city, zip code, country, etc). In case that you have written a wrong delivery address, Nunest Go, will not be responsible of the extra cost and the possible delays. Regarding, the transit days, Nunest Go, guarantees to deliver within a maximum of 72 hours once the order is sent, and always keeping all the customers informed about the shipment. Nunest Go is committed to do the very best to deliver all the orders on time, and keeping the cold chain the whole time.
5. Purchasing Invoice
The customer will get the original invoice through the e-mail address given during the process of placing the order, always, you will receive the original invoice once the order is delivered.
The customer may cancel the order only if it has not been prepared by our production team. In case the order has begun to be prepared, Nunest Go, will not be responsible for the costs in case you want to keep cancelling the order.
All the products that are on the website of Nunest Go have a guarantee of high quality, we only work with reliable and well-known suppliers inside the meat world. Nunest Go always look to give the excellence to all our customers. In case the customer is having a disconformity with the product received, according to the fresh products you will have to inform within a maximum term of 7 (seven) natural days by email address to firstname.lastname@example.org , or telephone. In case that you are informing with a longer term , Nunest Go, will not be responsible of the consequences , because the shelf life is short. According to frozen products you must follow the same requisites. Our quality and production team will check the claim and we will contact you in order to inform you the following steps.
Nunest Go will only accept returns with the following conditions:
*The product must be in the same condition and quality once it was delivered, and the packaging and box, as well.
*Respect the 7 (seven) natural days once you receive the product in order to inform about the disconformity, respect the fresh products, because they have a short shelf life.
*Regarding frozen products is very important to inform fast about the disconformity once the product is checked. The shelf life is longer with the frozen products, but as fast as you inform it more efficient will be the solution made by Nunest Go.
8. Right of withdrawal
As indicated in the exception « j » set out in the article 93 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 – « The contracts for the supply of food products, beverages or other goods for current consumption in the home, physically supplied by an employer through frequent and regular deliveries to the home or place of residence or work of the consumer and user » – does not apply the right of withdrawal since Nunest Go mainly sells fresh meat with short shelf life.
